If it is left out at room temp for a few hours will that render it useless? I was just thinking back and when I picked it up at the pharmacy it was not cold.
Not hot, but it didn't feel cold. I think it may have been setting out. I didn't think much about it at the time because I didn't know much about it.
Do I have a fridge full of useless medicine right now?

Call your pharmacist. Most "pennicillins" can be left at room temp for a few hours, but then should be used within I believe 7 or 10 days...call the pharmacy, they will know.

The Bicillin is useless if it is at room temperature, it has to be kept cold!
if the pharmacy did not take it out of the fridge, then its bad and they should re-order it for you. Always bring a mini cooler with you the the pharmacy and make sure you see them take it out of the fridge.
