The House voted to make permanent a law requiring health-insurance companies to cover long-term intravenous antibiotic treatment for Lyme disease patients. The law by Rep. Raymond E. Gallison Jr., D-Bristol, was passed last year but is set to expire Dec. 31. The House voted yesterday to make the law permanent.

Does this mean it still needs to be acted on by the state senate, signed by gov?
