Had my first of the season, yellow/summer squash, didn't sit with me very well, has been going through me since last night. Anyone know why summer squash isn't good for a lymie?

I had the same reaction the other day to watermelon. I did some research and it has to do with allergies. Some people develop allergies to these foods as they age. It also has to do with the fiber vs. water content.
I wouldn't blame it on the Lyme.

IMO, I would think that Summer Squash is a very good food for someone with LD. I've never heard anyone being allergic to summer squash. Not to say that it couldn't happen. But, you could've just had a bad gut day or something like that.
Mine is coming in and I look forward to eating our first pickings this evening for dinner.

we are all different.
While one food maybe nourishing for one, it is poison for another.
Use me as an example; I have an intolerance to the protein casein, so I cannot tolerate milk or cheese. I also have an intolerance to gluten. I am allergic to yeast, eggs, and bananas.
