Remember, this is just a basic definition taken from a warning label for Claritin.
This term is used in conjunction with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease, and Schizophrenia.
I've never heard this term used in conjunction with Lyme, though. But perhaps someone else here has.
Have you checked any of the Burrascano material on this web site?

Yes, Lyme Disease does cause extrapyramidal symptoms such as involuntary movements, tremors and rigidity, body restlessness, muscle contractions and changes in breathing and heart rate.
I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease twice. 12 years apart. Treated for 3 years. It was Lyme Disease the whole time.
Mercury toxicity also causes these symptoms. You need to look into that. I recommend getting any metal fillings taken out of your teeth, followed by a mercury detox protocol.
Keep on, keepin on!
