...Itchy butt syndrome? I guess I didn't take enough probiotics (I am now!) and now this thing is happening. Any treatments while still on abx? i'd appreciate any ideas.

For immediate relief, take a warm bath/soak with a box of baking soda added. If the cause is yeast, the pH of the baking soda will help control it.
Afterward, discuss your new development with your doc...

You might find it helpful to use the Indian method of washing with water after bowel movements, rather than using toilet paper. Dry carefully, as moisture will encourage yeast growth.
