Hi,
Yes, more in some than in others. Don't completely understand it but I need a B12 injection daily. If I don't get it the neuro symptoms become much worse i.e. tremor, weakness, confusion, depression.

Absolutely - most Lymies are deficient in B12. Dr B's guidelines point this out too...it is necessary to heal nervous system damage.

He recommends the Methyl B12 shots...the problem in chronic Lymies is they have enough B12 in the blood when tested but can't methylate it.

Methyl B12 shots helped me bigtime.
