does anybody know if dr.B has any new articles out regarding lyme symptoms and treatment like the one he did in nov. 2002, i thought i would send some articles along with my appeal for long term private disability insurance what are anybodies opinoin on this is that a good idae or not?

Karen, you could get a copy of the ILADS Treatment guidelines, which are evidence supported, with citations, and have been published in a peer reviewed journal.
Also, look through the CALDA website. They have many supportive documents for fighting insurance. Enter the website as a guest and browse through documents on the front page, as well as those under the tab "Public Documents" at the top of the page.
