I am sticking to chicken (beef occasionally), spinach, cucumbers, kale, nuts,low carb bread, no sugar, 2 fruit a day, yogurt, protein shake with stevia and cocoa and carob, small amt. of brown rice, all salad greens, tomatoes, avacados, broccoli, green onions, some feta cheese, soy cheese.....
So i need some creative healthy ideas if you have any..........
