could those of you who have also done the switch from atemesia to artimisinin let me know what dosages they went from when they switched.

i have been taking dr zhangs atemesia for about 2 months at 3 caps a day.

now i am switching to atimisinin by allergy research and am curious if any has just gone full out or started slowly. i hear that the artimisinin has the better punch being the extract so just curious if others started slower on this.
