I just had major deja vu - I think i've posted for you before. But I have a different question this time!

I found an old post on sound sensitivity and you mentioned some headphones that helped you a lot. You gave the website silencio.com but there are so many types on there I got overwhelmed! I'm looking for inexpensive ones and I think you said yours were only $10.

If you read this, could you please point me to the ones you have?

Also, were they much more effective than ear plugs?
