My LLMD said I don't need Actigal while on Rocephin. Am I playing with fire and should I insist on Actigal or no IV? Will Milk Thistle suffice?

We didn't take actigal while on Rocephin, but we did use milkthistle. People's responses seem to be so different - unless there is a serious downside to actigal, I'd consider taking it (I don't know, haven't researched it). I don't know how actical stacks up against the olive oil/lemon juice liver flush, which we also use.
