I've been on Rocephin now for a few weeks and my butt is getting a little sore! I'm just doing 2 shots a week- I can imagine it later on!
Do ya'll have any other sites where you inject? I heard the leg really hurts-

Is your doctor mixing an anesthetic in with that Rocephin to ease the discomfort it causes when it's injected? I've only had it in the butt and it's not too bad with the anesthetic but I haven't had the shots longer term like you have.
Is there any reason why you can't be injected in the thigh?

Are your rocephin shots mixed with a pain killer?...think it's benzocaine. My shots hurt soooo much....a friend was giving them...straight rocephin. Docs office gave my one mixed with pain killer....what a difference! I always had them in hip/butt
