Ok the brain fog is now just plain terrifying, im dizzy, so dizzy, and i cant even find the words i want to say now. Ive also become so very very weak. Short of breath from weakness at times.

Does asprin help with brain fog? Does treating vaginal yeast with monistat help with brain fog? I herx on everything, is there anything i can do to improve my clarity of thought that wont cause a herx? Thanks.

BB

Just came back from my LLMD and she told me what to take to increase blood to my brain(due to my severly abnormal spect scan).I asked about asperin and she said it was OK but had some side effects so didnt recomend that. She told me to take gingko, fish oils, vitamin e and deep breathing to get more oxygen to the brain, hope that helps.

Detox naturally through the sweat glands in your feet. You wouldn't beleive what comes out of these things. My brain fog disappeared after using these about a month. I've been on them for 4 months now, and plan to continue using them until they stop oozing and turning black every night. My LLMD has most of her patients using these.

BB, Sorry to hear you are having the ole brain fog. Usually clears up in time when on the doxycycline, but in the meantime Chainsaw Joe's supplement suggestion should help. My LLMD added Vinpocetine which help me.
You can order at Vitamin Research Products at website: http://www.vrp.com/products?prodcode=7141&c=1098497265973&k=/Productlist

Best,

I find that when I remember to take my garlic, the brain fog gets so much better after a couple of days. I thought it had something to do with how it thins the blood, thus allowing more oxygen to my brain.

My doctor said while what I say may be true, he suspects it's also the antinflammatory effect that garlic offers that is helping me.

Whatever the reason, I'm working up to 5000mg daily and then will keep going if my stomach allows. I know many who take as much as 20,000mg a day and they are getting so much better, particularly with the neurological symptoms.

Worth a try if you can handle it, and the price is right.

What kind of garlic do you take?

BB I don't know if this would work for you or your doctor would approve but I found when I had brain fog I also had worse allergies.
When I mentioned to my LLMD that I seemed to loose the fog when I took Advil cold and sinus, she said that is because the advil helps with inflamation and the pseudoephedrine acts like a mini ritalin.
