has anyone throughout the course of being tested been told they have high liver enzymes? I was just recently diagnosed with Lyme less than a week ago and while being tested for other things, was told my liver enzymes were high (mine were up in the 300 and 400 hundreds).

I am also experience night sweats...they're getting a little better but I'm still having them. And I get tired very easily.

I think I could have had this for a while with no other symptoms other than a stiff neck and headaches, which I thought was tension. Was having terrible muscle spasms in my upper back and neck.

Yes. I take Dr. Zhang's Hepa Formula 2 to keep the enzymes down, but if you look at his website, you will see some of the ingredients are available in regular vitamin shops. Milk thistle never worked for me, but many on Lymenet swear by it.

But a quick disclaimer: I've never taken the Zhang ingredients on their own, and cannot vouch for their effectiveness when taken this way. But Zhang is also very expensive: my LLMD just requires I take it.

The liver stores Mg and glycogen.

Both have ++ charges to counter the -- charges of the toxins released with die-off.

The liver is our #1 "detox" organ. All 4 pounds of it. It is capable of regenerating quickly. Likely pulls extra Mg and glycogen from other storage areas. Mg is primarily stored in the bones.
