I was wondering for those of you w/gall bladder problems if when they did a sonogram or touched just below your rib cage did it bother you??

Did it hurt just to touch your stomach/chest in that area??

I haven't had a sonogram but I do have some discomfort in that area and I've been worried that it has something to do w/ my liver because my enzymes are high. I did have a CAT scann of my entire abdomen which was negative. I also get horrible heartburn lately w/ some nausea after I eat but it could be from the medicine too. does that happen to you?

I have discomfort in this area mostly all the time. Sometimes it does seem to get worse when I eat, but I haven't been eating the way I should.

Have you ever had a reflux or stomach ulcer?? I have and I'm wondering if it's just that that is bothering me-but I'm not too sure-it just is sore all day and then mostly when I eat or drink something with caffeine I guess it bothers me worse.

I have found that taking pepcid-over the counter and then putting a hot rice thing pack on that area helps a lot. Maybe you should try that....

Many times gall bladder pain is in the back and shoulder but has the feeling of a heart attack.

Ugh, been there. That area was sensitive for me too. Caffeine will definitely make gall bladder pain worse. Chocolate too, of course. Watch out for fatty foods.

I was supposed to have mine out last Christmas. Still have it! The Xango has really removed alot of inflammation from it, so I may not have to have it removed.

I've been afraid of surgery because I don't want a Lyme flare since I'm doing so well now. Don't want to start back at square one.

I have a lot of pain in my right arm and up top of it and it goes around to my upper neck and back on the right side and then I get really bad headaches.

I found out that when I do drink coke-(I love it-but I've stopped drinking it a lot) I get terrible like cramps it seems like....

So I just have to wait for the doctor to tell me what I have to do and all for it-I'm hoping there is something that can make it stop hurting-Any Ideas????

Jenn
