Hi,

I am diagnosed with all of these plus of course I have the depression, anxiety, etc. I have been told I need to be on Enbrel to supress the part of the immune system that works on my joints.

Also told to take lots of immune boosters so my body can fight the lyme more efficiently. I don't know what to do. I read a little on here about Enbrel and not sure what to think.

I definitely have positive igg's and igm's and do have the RA, with crippling in both hands. Any suggestions? I can't do a lot of reading right now as I'm feeling very nervous and sick. If anyone can help me...I just can't read any real long posts.

Thanks and God Bless You,

Pam

have you been to an immunologist to check your blood for ANA (lupus) and RA factor. it can be very helpful to defnitively clear things up.

I go to Dr. C. in Springfield Mo. He's explained my test results, just as my past LLMD and my family Dr. We're sure I have each of them according to the tests.

I have tested positive for Rheumatoid Factor for 16 years and was borderline with Lupus for at least 12 years or more and have only within the last few months crossed over into being positive for it also.

Any ideas or more questions are certainly welcome.

Thanks and Bless You,

Pam

b333, isn't Embrel a steroid? Does Dr. C know you're taking it? If not, is an immnunosuppresant OK for Lyme, an active infection?

plaquenil (hydrochloroquine) is a drug that is used with fairly good results for ra and lupus as well as being anecdotally good for intracellular lyme (with a macrolide).

worth discussing with your dr.

Pam,

I hate to sound redundant (sp) but...have you tried Xango?

Lots of people are getting good results...if they continue taking it.

I got your e-mail about the Dentist....I already had that info.

The crippling pain...have you detoxxed metals also?

Enbrel...nope.

In the ned...ask Dr Crist.

Remember...it is possible to have more than one thing wrong with you.

I have read that RA and Lupus will subside as you beat the Lyme down.

Thanks SO much for thinking about me with that e-mail...very kind of you.

Trout

I haven't started taking it yet. It's due in today, but I'm a bit uneasy about taking it therefore I decided to post this message.

Thanks,

Pam

just to point this out as an added thought:

according to the Marshall Protocol all these autoimmune conditions are triggered by these CWD (cell wall deficient)bacteria - including lyme which apparently can become CWD and mycoplasma.

so maybe looking at all these conditons as seperate entities and needing to treat them seperately is the wrong way to look at it.

maybe your chronic lyme has triggered or worsened your lupus and RA.

and maybe once you treat the lyme, your immune system will also recover.

alot of people are trying the Marshall Protocol for all these conditions, and i think some are having success.

just a thought.

thanks
bill

PS - the plaquenil + abx combo also addreses these CWDs to some degree, so maybe that will be just the trick for you...

Hi Pam,
A supplement that will boost your
immune system, kill spirochetes, and
disrupt the inflammation cycyle causing
joint pain and polyneuropathy--
Cat's Claw or Samento does all the above,
and continues to work for me.
Blue Skies.....John
