i just returned from a trip to the west coast and am feeling extremely fatigued and achy. I'm figuring it's due to the stress of flying and just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I feel like I can hardly lift my arms up and all my lyme symtoms are back.
This is the weirdest disease! I had no idea it could make someone feel this bad...waxing and waining with symptoms.

YES!
Going to see my LLMD puts me down for weeks. I never look forward to it.

I lose time when I travel or go to a conference. The energy it takes to do either one seems to blow me out for several days. I hope this helps. Blessings, Marblenose

This is a tough one for me. I find a travel as a passenger in a car better than on a plane or train.
It feels good to be out and about. But, it does take me several days, weeks and sometimes months to feel human again.
