Also I am pretty sure LLMD said to take 100mg 3 times a day yet the pharmacy I went to label the bottle as take 2 times a day. Could someone help me with these questions.

Hey there! Check with your LLMD, I am not a doctor but a Lyme patient and 200 mg of doxy per day is a very low dose. Some time ago the ID (infectious disease doctor, a quack) put me on 200 mg/day of doxi, did absolutely nothing. Then a saw my LLMD, he increased the dose to 300 mg/day + 500 mg/day of zithro for a month and after that he increased the doxy again to 400 mg/day along with the zithro and some other abx for babesia. It's working! I just got back from my pharmacy and they gave me 60 pills of nystatin (fungus medicine for the yeast) instead of the 90 pills that my LLMD prescribed. They even charged me for 90 but only put 60 on the bottle. These days you got to check everything, nobody pays attention to anything. I never count my pills but I droped them in one of my clumsy moments and my son, who helped me pick them up, started doing piles of 10 and OH!!!!!!, What a surprise. I guess from now on I will count my pills at the pharmacy counter. OH well!! like if we didn't have anything else to do.
CALL YOUR LLMD AND ASK, DON'T WASTE PRECIOUS TIME WITH A "WIMPY" DOSE OF DOXY. LOTS OF HUGS, TAKE CARE! Lymster.

Yes... Don't wait around. We ae not doctors here. When there is a mix up like that, with the Pharmasist directions and what you doc told you
CALL your doctor ASAP!!!!!!!! Really don't wait.
