For 3-4 months, I fell asleep fine but woke up, and got up, somewhere between 2-3:30 a.m. almost every day.

My LLMD put me on Soma, which didn't really help. Then 10 days of Ambien....ditto. But a week after stopping the Ambien, I suddenly started sleeping through the night again, every night. This lasted almost 2 months.

In the past week, I've gradually started waking up earlier and earlier. Been up today since 4 a.m. This is how it started last time.

Nothing had changed with my meds or routine. I just started Ketek, but that was several days after the sleep problem came back.

Does anyone know why some of us have this problem, and why it would come and go for no apparent reason? I really want good sleep again!

Thanks!

Thats usually about the time your body hits rem sleep and at that time is when your cells are replacing and exchanging magnesium and calcium there rebuilding themselves, but also when spirochetes may looking for magnesium. Try supplementing your magnesium with magnesium citrate. http://www.valu-rite.com/vr/magnesium-citrate.html theres one link.
