Any advice on dosage, brand, or anything else that can help offset antibiotic damage?

How can I differentiate between Herx reaction and an allergic reaction?

The day after I got my shots I had like a poison ivy rash (like small itchy rash spots) that slowly went away. how can I know which it is?
