I want to try this one, but I was thinking it had to be compounded somewhere special for those in the US. Then I heard maybe it was more readily available now in the US. Anyone know where/how to get it?

Thanks Cave, I'm sure my ins. probably won't cover. I'm only planning on taking a few pills a month anyway (I do very low freq but multiple abx). Any further help is appreciated. Thanks.

Tinidizole is now available as a brand name durg. It is called Tindamax made by Pressutti Labratories. Our pharmacy had to special order it, but it was readily available to them under the brand name. It is about $400.00 for 60 pills in our area.
What made you decide to only do a few a month? Is that on the advice of an LLMD, or just your plan. I wonder about it being a resistance issue if you are not building up the level.
My husband started it on Thursday 12/30, so far no major problems, except that we think it is interferring with his already very medicated poor quality sleep. We will wait and see if that resolves or not.
