Ummm...the right side of my body is going numb. Not to pressure, just my skin. Like when you go to the dentist. It is starting to feel heavy, weak and warm.

I am on Doxy and Rafampicin. I have only been taking them regularly (12 hrs apart) for 8 days now.

Is this normal for some people? And if it is how bad can it get. I am a tad nervous.

Thanks for any info.

Sweet R,

My first few herxes involved my right arm being numb, heavy, pretty useless but at the same time had shooting pains. While my left leg was going through similar stuff.

I remember feeling like all I needed was a hunch back and I could be an under study for a Young Frankenstein role.

Or is it Frankenstien?

Seriously, though, be sure to run any unusual stuff by your LLMD just to be sure, okay? After a while you'll get to know what to expect.

Hey thanks...I looked it up and saw that it does happen. Laughing at the whole 'Frankenstein' thing. Too funny.

I have an appt. with my LLMD on Jan,12 so I will let him know. My mom tells me it's normal also. But I just got scared.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply!
Take it easy!
