I know most everyone who posts is on an abx regimen, but I'm wondering if anyone out there is using flush niacin.

I could use some advice on how you dosed yourself up, if you ever coupled the flush with a non-flush...etc.

After my first dose (1000mg...yes, quite a whopper, but per Drs orders), I actually herxed (I am on a number of other anti-borrelia and immune and adrenal-supporting supplements as well).

It was pretty darn unexpected on my end, I thought I would be safe from the dreaded herx until I started the cats claw!

My goal is to get up to 1000mg of niacin 3x/day, but right now I'm at 500mg/day.

If you have experience in this arena, your input would be greatly appreciated!!
