I don't have this problem but I have seen it come up before.
Do a search on hair loss.

In my case yes: it is growing back with treatment.
In the beginning I had very bad hairloss - now it is much better but not completely gone. But there are baby-hair growing all the time so I never got bald - which was my biggest fear.
In my case it also has to with hormones. While I was taking the pill the hair loss stopped completely. After stopping the pill, it came back. I'm sure it's because the Lyme messed up my hormonal system.

I had the same problem too and I thought I was going bald since I had thin hair too. I'd tried several types of hair vitamins without success.
Three months ago I tried a natural herbal formula and I noticed my hair stopped falling out in bundles while shampooing or running my fingers thru it and especially hair on my pillow in the morning. This occurred after taking the formula for about 6 or 7 days. I've recommended this product to someone who's been balding for years and he now has sign of new growth hair. Another friend had more hair growth than needed so he reduced the quantity he takes. It works.
You can contact www.akgnaturals.com for this. This particular web page is currently underconstruction, but you can email them for it.

There's always a wad of hair in the drain after a shower. I thought it had something to do with hypothyroidism.
Lyme Doc has me on 2 thyroid preps. perhaps your hair loss is related to that?
Good luck K

Ugh.. I used to have soooo much hair. I am going to start b-12 shots soon maybe that will help. Maybe it's vitamin deficiency. I know peniccilins causse hair loss.

I heard hair loss was due to the inflammation, and, when that is gone, the hair should regenerate naturally.
