my glands in my neck seem to get really enlarged, painful, and hard when my symptoms flare up (and stay that way a while afterwards).

is that a good, bad, or indifferent?

my massage therapist thinks it's contributing to my neck stiffness (they're that bad).

any input? they're uncomfortable!

thanks -
Jessie

If your glands are swollen, most likely your lymphatic system is clogged up, that means no toxins are coming out and no nutrients are going in. Compare it to an overflowing garbage can. Your massage therapist should know that - and he/she if she knows how, could help you move some of the toxins out.
It is not good. It is very b a d , if you want to get well. Find a practitioner that knows about lymphatic drainage or can direct you to someone that does. Neural Therapy is also an excellent help. The KMT22 works super for that. There are many ways to help this - we can't just go on killing the bugs --- then you need help to get the dead proteins, etc. out of the body.

Lymphomiosot. Good enzymes to thin the blood down and clean it up. You can gently brush/barely stroking move the lymph from the feet up toward the middle of the breasts; and down from the top of the head toward the middle of the chest. The exit point for the lymph is approx. in the middle of the chest, breast level. Look it up in the library - Lymphatic System. Not heavy brushing, just very, very gently. The lymph channels are just barely below the skin - not deep.

Take care.

Almost indifferent. I once had the one under my chin so swollen that I couldnt even chew food with out pain.

It makes sense that they blow up during a flare up. Like the Lyme symptoms list says- glands come and go.

For me they're just my "bad feeling indicators" and with time and treatment they should receed. If they really dont then talk to your doctor. But just so you know, mine have never really gone away completely.

If you are on abx it will go away...stiff neck is also lyme related. I had swollen glands from my head to below the belt. The ones that bothered me the most were my tonsils and the parotid glands behind the ears (caused hearing sensitivity and general disorientation), but the ones in my neck did get swollen or feel tender from time to time.
