My adult daughet just had faxed to her the results from her thyroid test. Hard to know what they mean and one came back high for Thyroid Peroxid antibodies. Result was 57 and normal is 0 to 40. Anyone know what this means?

Have not herad from the doctor yet his interpretation of the results.

That test is one of several that need to be run. Like TSH, T3 and T4. Another is to test the temperature first thing in the morning.

There have been a lot of posts recently on this subject.
