I was reading the success story thread and one of the posts said that she believes that illness starts in the mouth. What does she mean by that? Anyone know? Thanks

That's either a misquote or you read it wrong....yeast may develope in the mouth durring abx treatments...but not lyme...zman

It may be referring to the idea that many people
1) have mercury fillings, which are thought to contribute to mercury toxicity and
2) have ongoing, unrecognized dental infections, inspite of/because of root canals etc. One of the big veterinary universities (Duke?) did a 5 year study that traced heart, liver, and kidney disease in dogs back to untreated dental infections. In the past couple of months there was a similar human study.
