If you have chronic lyme than diet is very important whether or not you are on abx.
Think arthirtis diet/diabetic type diets, omitting sweeteners except for Stevia as they are toxic and have seen articles where aspartame and such can cause lyme like symptoms.
A popular diet is the blood type diet which as been benefical to me, concentrating on the diverstity of the diet and not overloading on protein.
i would still watch your sugar as they feed the keets and unforuatnly this has been hard for me but our diet should be good for life, with supplementation etc.
Hope that helps,

Becoming a health nut is difficult, but will increase your quality of life.
Take it from someone who loves sugar, cigarettes, and prepared foods (that I don't have to cook). I had to give all those up last year.
If possible, make an appointment with a nutritonist and begin settling into a diet that leaves out sugars, starches and processed foods like white flour.
It is hard, but worth it!!!
