Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has thoughts on this...

I find that when I sleep well at night, where I get into a deep sleep and don't wake often, I feel much WORSE the following day as far as my lyme symptoms are concerned. It usually leaves me feeling more dizzy, and very 'out of it.'

When I do not sleep well, and wake frequently, I feel considerably better. Does anyone else experience this? If so, any thoughts on why that is?

Thanks,
Sara

I have EXACTLY the opposite experience. Better/more sleep I get, less severe the symptoms.

The better rest I get the better I feel.

well, i don't know what it's like to NOT sleep like i'm in a coma.

i can sleep and sleep and sleep.
usually 9-10 hrs a night.

when i get up i am VERY stiff and sore, my neck hurts, and my head feels foggy.

but since i haven't experience insomnia or a bad night's sleep, I can't compare it to anything.

i think my symptoms are just from staying still for so long, i get all crampy and stiff.
