At a stage I was pretty convinced that I had als but I don't think my feeling of weakness is that serious and it is better some days.
I have not seen a LLMD yet but am going to soon to get a proper testing etc.
The fear of what is wrong with me and the doctors saying that nothing is wrong has made my mind in havoc. I am taking anti-depressants and this has helped a bit.
I would be comforted if other suffering from Lyme would report twitching and the feeling of weakness, not grave weakness, but some weakness. The muscletwitching is driving me crazy but you got to try and ignore it.
Thanks for listening.

I personally have yet to have been dx'd with lyme, but I have both of these symptoms you mentioned.
Even when I just wake up in the morning and stand up, my legs feel like I have been standing up for hours. Kinda like your legs might feel after walking around an amusement park all day.
It's not that bad everyday, but sometimes my muscles get very tired, very quickly.
My muscles twitch too. My eye had a tic for 2+ months. That was super annoying. Now the twitches are in my legs.
I hope that you get to see that LLMD soon.
I've been twitching for about 6 years, and have an on/off perceived feeling of weakness in various parts of my body.
I also have an internal buzzing/tremor that comes and goes.
You're not alone.

I'd recommend seeing that LLMD as soon as you can.
Was scared to death I might have ALS - doctors thought I was crazy.
Both primary and neurologist said I wasn't having twitches (because they could not see them) and handed me anti-anxiety drugs...
Thanks for replying and I am pleased to hear that several others are experiencing twitching and some light weakness, not that I want you to suffer from it because it is a pain in the ....
I am trying to see a LLMD as soon as possible
