I started IV Rocephin 5 weeks ago - (I was on oral abx for a year prior without much improvement). Ever since I started the IV - I have been feeling way worse - I guess it could be a herx? How long should this horrible feeling last before it turns better? I also have a mis-dx?? of MS and now am getting a bit worried. Please help

I wouldn't get too concerned about a mis dx of lyme. I herxed for my entire first year. Maybe the oral abx did nothing for you and now that the IV is working, you're herxing like crazy.
I hope you're taking flagyl so you won't have a million cysts later. Rocephin causes the keets to convert to the cyst form. So make sure you follow with flagyl [or take it now] and then follow with orals later.
