Many thanks

I hope this is what you were asking.
Best wishes
Diflucan 2x200mg, at least for 3 months but likely longer
Ampfo-Moronal Suspension 3x1 before food
Cholestyramine 2x8g at least for a year
Actos 3x15mg for two weeks
Vitamins A,D,E, K
Seems like the treatment targets fungus (but there was this German paper about effectiveness of difulcan in boreliosis so who knows)

Yes this is the sort of protocol I had heard from and supposedly was helping people with borrelia.
I am waiting to hear from my doctor about trying it because I get yeast issues very easily and the abx don't seem to help me much.

My beginner LLMD said it's also good for brain fog memory problems. Haven't noticed any difference in any of my problems.

Candida is likely more common than we think.

I have been having definite herx symptoms from the Diflucan. I know that it is working and it is not the yeast. Yeast does not cause neuro symptoms for me like a herx. I do not have a yeast issue and have been on a VERY strict absolutely no yeast diet since March.
I am only on a small dose of Diflucan 100mg and will be increasing shortly. If someone has recommended Diflucan for you I would give it a try.
they took 11 neuroborreliosis patients who did not get better on abx, and put them on 200 mg of diflucan daily for 25 days. After those 25 days, 8 of those people were "cured" and remained fine on checkup a year later.
I have the study somewhere. I know its also posted on CanLyme and Ilads cite, I believe.
The theory is that something like lyme needs the P450 pathway in the body to survive, and diflucan uses the P450 pathway and disables it. Something like that.
I believe, that they have also linked diflucan to a possible cyst buster for that very cause. I dont know, dont agree, dont disagree, so dont shoot the messenger. Thanks.
Beyond that, I have been on diflucan my entire treatment. It hasnt cured me.
But I can guaranteeeee you this:
I DO get neuro symptoms with *MY* yeast, and I DO get neuro symptoms upon yeast die off.
