I have wondered if it's that there's more oxygen at night?
This evening I walked to an appointment at 6:00 pm. It was still very sunny. I had a big brimmed hat, scarf, gloves etc. I felt unsteady and a bit naseous. I had to force myself to keep up a reasonable pace. I definitely felt like a sick person.
I did the return trip at 11:00 pm and I felt great, like a different person. I had more energy, my balance was fine and I felt just about normal.
I'm shifting my schedule around so I can avoid going out in the day and do errands at night instead.
Driving is very difficult when it is sunny. At night the headlights cause problems too.
I think light has a debilitating effect on me.
I've been like this my whole life but since Lyme the daytime is worse than before.

Do this again sound like what you three
experience ???
If it is the Sun, then why? And is there
anything we can do about it?
I have had Lyme for 13 years and am doing pretty good now on my regiment, but still sun troubles. Barb
There are many things you can do to help yourself. The minute you start heading for the bathroom in the morning, you will start to realize how much better you feel after that.
Take care.
P.S. you cannot keep on dumping abx and other drugs into your body without often feeling worse and worse or just not improving. Most of these are toxic to the body and the residue needs to come out.
If you have nightmares that scare the daylights out of you or sweat, or wake up with a lump in your gut, toxicity overload is a major reason for this. Be kind to your body and help it with some of the many suggestions you can find on this board. And I don't mean other pharma drugs!

BTW,Could you re-enter your website on neural therapies? I tried it and came up with an error message each time. Very interested in learning about support methods for eliminating these toxins. Thanks GiGi!

I somewhat buy that explanation but
not completely..
Here's why.. During the day, if I stay
out of the sun I feel better. If I
go to a movie thearte that has 100% no
light during the day my brain fog goes
away. I'm talking about just sitting in
the dark before the movie even starts.
Once the movie ends and I return to the
outside sunlight my brain fog comes
back too 100% HEAVY FOG... So in my
mind the Brain Fog seems more Sun related.
What you say about the body detoxing at
night may be true, but I still think
Sunlight causes the FOG and might be
a seperate thing all together..
Still, if I am wrong just educate me
where my logic fails and you will help
me and many others who read this...
