I have been on minocycline and fluconazole for a while with some modest improvements, but my liver (probably because of the fluconazole) and my kidneys (probably the mino) are not too happy with it, and my recent bloodwork is not too good.

I an seeing LLMD start of next week and i am thinking about asking to put me on plaquenil and clarithromycine combo. Are these meds hard on the liver and / or kidneys? Any people who have a "sensitive" liver or kidneys and who had problems with other meds, how did you do on clarithromycine and plaquenil?
