I'm 1 week into Abx (Mino & Zithro).
Last night my vibrations returned in my arm and face so bad that I got MAYBE 1hr sleep. I also had sporadic muscle twitches in my leg and arm (left side as has always been the case). This does not seem to be a herx-type of reaction. This morning after getting out of bed, it seemed to feel like my face was numb, and when I smiled, it seemed like it took more effort than usual from my facial muscles. As I continued to check the mirror, it seemed like the skin on my face was sagging more. It's not one sided, and has been fairly gradual. Not sure that I'd say Bell's palsey right now, because it's been gradual.
Could this be a reaction against the Mino/Zithro?
Has anyone had this before? I think Bell's is treated with anti-malarial ABx...is Mino an anti-malarial?. Do I need to have my LLMD get me on them...just in case? Will it work with Mino/Zithro? or replace?
Thx for your replies!

It gets worse when I am tired, stressed or in sunlight.
I had intense vibrating feelings in my hands and feet for many months. It is milder now and I do have periods when it stops. For me the most useful thing for stopping it and also sleeping through the night is podi patches from www.akgnaturals.com. The original patches are better for stopping the vibrating, the new Heaven Patches don't smell as much but don't seem to work as well on stopping the vibrations. Discount detox pads from other sources do not work as well.
Soaking in Epsom salts also helps. 1 or 2 cups per tubful and drink lots of water first.
The other thing that helps me keep the vibrating under control is eating on a regular schedule. I do best if I have many small meals each with some fat. If I get hungry or skip a meal my face goes numb and the vibrating increases. I follow a strict anti-yeast diet. I read that the fat helps release bile which binds toxins. I associate these symptoms with toxin buildup.
