Has anyone had experience with Dr. Zhang's protocol? If so, please let me know whether it worked for you. My LLMD has suggested I try this as an adjunct to traditional treatment for lyme and babs as I'm having a hard time making progress.

i did it for over 6 months. all that happened is that i became severely allergic to the garlic and other herbs. i still cannot tollerate garlic. i really want to take fresh living garlic sprouts as an antibiotic too. i am going to try to remove the allergen with naet. i am kind of a tough case as i have 5 species of mycoplasma plus lyme, bartonella, and babesia. i am still quite ill. i thought zhang got sued or something and went out of business.

I did Zhang for Lyme and babesia along with antibiotics. I can't say they put me over the top.My suspcions are that they might be helpful for some people but for me I think it was a waste of money.

I've been on his Hepa Formula 2 for over a year, and it has kept my liver enzymes normal despite a heavy abx regimen.
I take coptis extract in liquid form from Herb Pharm, rather than as coptin tablets, and artemisinin. Since both seem to be effective, you could check out his versions of them.
The one product everyone seemed to be talking about on here for a while was allicin. It apparently stinks to high heaven, but also generated the most buzz.
