Hi everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well..I have been on abx for over a year now(like a lot of you)..I am finally starting to feel like myself again..however..I just went through a stressful time and now my a$$ is dragging!!
I think that I am nearing the end of my abx treatment and I am getting a little nervous..

Can anyone recommend any books (cookbooks, medical advice books, ) magazines and/or websites on how to strengthen and rebuild the immune system? I am a petite person and I think the abx have finally started to take their toll although they did a great job of killing the LD..

I want to start working out again, but I think I need to equip myself with more info on taking care of my body..

Thanks Cathy

The Lyme/Rife book is rated 5 Stars on Amazon.com

Rife therapy allows the immune system to recover because antibiotic doses can be lowered/eliminated in many cases.
