I have been diagnosed with Bartonella. I don't have a cat. Is it possible to have just Baronella from a tick and not Lyme Bb? Can a tick carry and infect just Bart and not BB? And what is the primary Abx used for Bart?

I would be highly suspicious that you have more in store....What lab did your testing for Lyme and babesia?
I'm not sure about bart treatment. I know Rifampin is used and I think Cipro.
