Sue, I wonder if it would help if you iced your hands? Put them in a pan of ice water for a few minutes, remove them for a few minutes, repeat.
Ice, cold, has a positive charge...alkaline. This should, theoretically, help to reduce the inflammation as well as...well.. we AND the pathogens are very "electromagnetic".
Okay, here's another supplement to consider - evaluate: KNOX, NutraJoint, which contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and...gelatine. But...don't be "impatient". It will take at LEAST 3 months to BEGIN to see a difference.
People want and expect to heal fast. It doesn't happen that way. It takes time...many months.
Research Bb and the word gelatin. Gelatin is an INCOMPLETE protein...
Latest research(Web MD re: migraines)...B2 helps with diarrhea probs. associated with Mg intake. However, I wouldn't take it alone...only in a complex formula. We are trying to rebalance, not throw off the system in another direction.

Yes, severe pain with a host of other symptoms, but this arms from elbow to fingertips were painful. I iced for 3 nights. Could not close my hands, difficulty typing, then burning sensations started.
Unfortunately it got worse before it got better. It lingered for over a month.
The bacteria is trying to hide in our smallest joints... they are nasty

Plaquenil can sometimes reduce inflammation and pain. It's used for RA and Lupus patients. It helped me, but my inflammation was never as severe as yours sounds.
