My Dr. put me on 400mg of doxy and 400mg hydrodoxychloriquine about 4 weeks ago and i feel nothing is this normal.

When were you diagnosed? previously on abx? Symptoms? Hang in there for another couple of weeks.

Do you notice any improvement?

If they've upgraded lyme treatment to 4-6 weeks, there's a reason. You may experience some herxheimer reactions soon.

Diagnosed about 8 weeks ago , this is my first antibiotic, I feel exactly the same my only currentr symptom is not sleeping!!! If I could sleep I would feel a lot better.

It sounds as if your history is fairly new and action was taken quickly. (applause)

Everyone will respond differently to abx. (ooohhhh) I maxxed out with amoxi and switched to doxy, then to doxy w/zith. (ahhhh).

It could be your restless sleep is the abx fighting your bacteria. It keeps me awake all the time.

Just hang on to your hat if you start feeling more than that during the next 2 weeks. You could have a different symptom or unexpected symptom which is also the bacteria being killed. I'm the worst to say "don't panic", but you'll find a lot of support and compassion here.

I see in my crystal ball that your future looks bright.
