I don't know, so I'm bumping this.

If you have a good pharmacist, I'd discuss dose and size with him or her, as well as your LLMD. Some folks have docs who prescribe some drugs in accordance with body weight. I don't know if that is specific to certain drugs or all drugs.

I weigh 135, (pounds not kilograms!) and take 1000mg BID.
