What is the optimal dose of levaquin for bartonella?
Any tips?
OK with ceftin, 1000mg BID?

And dont take within 2 hours of an antacid or iron or zink vitamins.
**It may cause you to test false positive on a drug test (opium).
And watch the sunlight.

I can't tolerate 500 mg once a day so I take 250 mg twice a day. It also took me a month to ramp up to that doseage. Everyone's different so you have to listen to your body
