Hi! Last night I was just about off to sleep and I woke up with my heart racing.It was as though I had a nightmare but didn't.I was completely relaxed and it just takes off on me.
I am going to the Doc on thursday and shall ask about a halter monitor like Big momma had.Shall be interesting.
After it happens I can't sleep as it makes me nervous.
