I recently saw a Relief Band for motion sickness which looks similar to a watch.

I know nothing about these, but, if they work, it would be great to have for dizziness or vertigo.

Has anyone ever used one or know someone that has? They seem expensive, around $l00, I think, but if they work, I would search around for a cheaper one someplace.

Appreciate any input.

Thanks,

lifeline

Yes! I depend on my wrist bands every time I get into a car. They do help me.

my husband would not be able to make it without his. they are expensive. the one you are talking about is around a hundred dollars but it is the only one of its kind on the market.

we live on a very limited income 600.00 dollars a week, yet I still bought him one for christmas 5 years ago.

It has been a Godsend. He used to use the elastic ones and they didn't help very much. The theory is to apply pressure to the pressure point on your wrist that in turn diminishes vertigo and nausea.

The hundred dollar watch puts a tiny electrical shock to the pressure point. It is a hundred times more effective and the best money we ever spent. Good luck. kat
