I'm new to lyme. I go see an LLMD in Sept. I

am on 200mg Doxy right now. (That's what I

got my local Dr. to give me) Anyway I've

had symptoms for a year and in that time

I've chipped two teeth and have one tooth

with a good sized cavity. Should I hold off

getting the work done? I've seen ques like

this here but can't remember the replies.

I've gotten a lot of info from members here

links etc. but don't see much about

filings.

Thank you in Advance.

Hi Joe:

Others will come along with more details, but I think that the best thing you can do for yourself is get a referral to a bio-aware dentist in your area. These dentists are knowledgable of the role of the use of various metals and other dental practices on overall health.

I just got a cavity filled with no problems. Didn't have it filled with metal, though. Can't advise you about the chipped tooth.

joelyme,

I had 4 cavities filled w/ the white stuff.

You need to take care of your teeth especially now while your sick.

I go to the dentist every 3 months.

Heather
