I sometimes "feel" a hard click in my throat at the end of a swallow, for lack of a better description. It happens for a few minutes, then will go away.

I've had this happen in the past, and it's been gone for awhile, but came back now (since I started Biaxin, I think).

Anyone else get this or know what it means?

It sounds like what I get when my jaws are out of adjustment. I swallow and I hear a click. Used to happen a lot. Perhaps you have some inflammation in your jaw area. See if you can find a chiropractor who practices the "directional non-force method". They can adjust your jaw. It may help.
If not, then a massage therapist who specializes in TMJ.
Hope you feel better

I occasionally get clicking in my throat when swallowing. Like yours, it comes and goes.

I've had it for years with no issues. It did seem to taper off when I started on thyroid meds, but still happens every now and again. Maybe it's a little throat muscle spasming.

I've had the same problem, episodically since onset of LD.

Mine usually goes away with antibiotics.

I have occasional right jaw and temple pain.

The tick bite I had was in my right temple.

Not sure if there is any correlation.

It's funny how it makes you feel better to know that other lymies have the same symptoms

Makes me say "Whew! Ok, it's probably the lyme and not something even worse!"

My tick bite was on the top of my head.

They are currently checking my thyroid function. If a problem shows up, maybe it explains both the "click" and my slow heart rate....

Thanks All!
