this may not be a big topic to talk about, but I have hope that some will speak up without being as embarrassed as I am.
so sorry to be crude, but is it difficult for anyone to go poo?
No matter how close it is to finishing - it just doesn't have the guts to do it. Are these local nerve problems causing this or something else?
I won't be surprised if this is one of my posts that gets zero responses and i'll try to understand if you all are just too shy on this one.

I have guts.... To answer your question, YES, its difficult... IT's like the bowels just don't have any co-oridnation and strength to move anything out... I had nerve testing done & there is damage, which they blamed on childbirth (yeah, right, that was 25 years ago). The good news is, surgery helped a little bit & getting back on antibiotics has helped too... good luck, aries

HI, here is a wonderful product that my daughter has taken for years. It gets things moving. We have always called
it "poop" tea. It won't compromise your system as it is all natural and won't hurt you to drink it daily. All you do it put 3 or 4 tea bags in a quart or so of boiling
water, let it steep until it is about room temp, then put tea bags and all in a gallon jug and fill it up with bottled water and you will have things moving within days. Stick with it, it may take a few days to
start working. Then, drink a cup a day cold or hot and you will stay regular as clock work. Order the NATURES TEA
Dont be embarassed to ask this question. I have the very same problem! I even sometimes get the "urge" to go and then nothing happens. So frustrating. The tea might help. Does anyone know if taking mild laxatives (such as ex-lax) help? I certainly don't want to take them all the time.

I have suffered this way for 35 years. I have tried everything to eliminate this problem. A woman in our group, who is symptom free, has used all Shaklee products. She told me about HerbLax and that the doctor ok'd her to take it everyday. It works great and there are several people in our support group that use it too with great success. Overall, when I take Shaklee products I feel better, and no I do not sell the stuff. The Herblax is pretty inexpensive, too. Good luck. Lisa

I too have the same problem and have had it for over 25 years and recently has worsen. My digestive disease doctor said it was more than likely from childbirth but to ask my neuorlogist about it. When I did, he said without even thinking, "it is constipation." It was my first visit with him!!
