I have not used light therapy, but did just order a far infrared device for about 500 bucks that I expect to be helpful.

Lisa, yes I have on and it works well on my neck, joints and back. I can adjust the amount of heat and bo does it penetrate the deep tissue.

It didn't work for neuropathy. For that I use a TENS machine, which really helps.

What is a TENS machine and what do they usually cost? Where would I purchase one?
