-----------

I think that all this antibody techniques of diagnosis can be impair.
The only thing which CDC will be hard to questioning is microscope imaging of living spirochaetes for example using Variable Bradford Microscope System http://www.bradfordresearchinst.org/bvpm.html just like Dr Andrew Wright does in Great Britain,u can see it http://lymerick.ulmarweb.dk/video/AndyWright2004-640.wmv .

Do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor, but I DID stay at a Holiday Inn Express!

We need to buy ourselves microscopes and check blood for spirochaetes and show doctors

From the website . . .

After its review, the DSMB unanimously recommended that NIAID terminate the treatment component of these studies. Their preliminary analysis showed that after 90 days of continuous antibiotic therapy there were no significant differences in the percentage of patients who felt that their symptoms had improved, gotten worse, or stayed the same between the antibiotic treatment and placebo groups in either trial . . .

The CDC is not helping us one little bit!

Great. Are they going to pull the plug on all of our treatments?

What a load of crap that is. They're obviously 'asking' the wrong people. Only after 9-10 months of abx did I see a marked improvement.

Yeah, they are probably asking the same docs that we went to BEFORE finding our LLMDs. The same ones who give you 3 weeks of doxy and tell you you're cured.

Too bad a few CDC members won't voluntarily infect themselves with lyme and receive only the 3 week treatment.

Maybe then they would change their tune. I bet you not one of them has chronic lyme!

I believe if chief of CDC ,NIH etc would be infected with Lyme he Would have to quit his position of beeing chief in very short time and retire. It is sad why theese organisation are not helping people from their own initiative only when thay are forced by public pressure. WHat they have else to do, this is their job.
