I had some interesting news today after being diagnosed 9 years ago and treated since then for both lyme and babesia that I tested positive IgG (past infection)for Ehrlichia. I have never tested positive in the past 9 years. I recently relapsed, tested positive again for lyme and put on doxycyline. (doc said that was the treatment for Ehrlichia too so that was good).

Any opinions on this - I never ran the high grade fevers associated with Ehrlichia and my WBC is normal. Yes i have myalgias and headaches but thought that was Lyme. My worst symptoms right now are the debilitating fatigue, neck pain, headaches, hypotension bad, weakness in arms legs and vision problems as well as dizziness. I am so frustrated...and I think starting herx after day 9 on doxy. Oh the lovely herx memories i was a minute away from callling 911 but remembered in the past the ER was always useless. This disease just plain sucks - in my next life i want to live in the arctic or maybe in the ocean.
